OUR MISSION: "We will distribute a total of 10 keys to each individual woman to promote positive health as it is exemplified and successfully achieved through their quality of life and sense of well-being."
First, take a moment and have a seat. Enjoy a fresh cup of herbal tea, you may have some lemon in it if you like. If you decide to add sugar, make sure you don't add too much. Now mark this day on your calendar, a NEW BEGINNING in your life. I know you have tried many times before to achieve health and weight loss goals before, and you may feel like you failed. I am here to tell you, that you did not fail, you just did not have the keys to unlock the doors to wellness in your life. Joining this health club was a great decision...not only will you be inspired to reach your full potential, you will also be motivated through the anointing and power of God to go forth and become that healthy beautiful woman you have envisioned so many times before. Think about it, your body is the place where God desires to reside, will you let Him in?
God wants you healthy in every area of your life, but you must take each key given to you in this club, and by faith you will recieve unlimited access to every door. Yes, this is a faith walk, not another health & weight loss scheme to get your money, and end up back at square one. You deserve to get the tools you need to build the body you deserve and vitally need. Out with the old in with the new, we welcome you to our family, a place of inspiration, motivation, dedication, education, & beautification. May you achieve everything you set your mind to, but remember to keep God in the center of your focus, and we guarantee you will be successful here at "Wellness Keys For Women" Health & Weight Loss Club.
*STEP ONE: Please go to the FORUM and read all of your wellness keys when you first become a member; this is very essential for your journey.
*STEP TWO: Write a blog about one of the wellness keys that really caught your attention. Be open as you write, and also share your point-of-view as to how this key is needed in your life.
*STEP THREE: Write a blog weekly, this will help you to look forward to the goals you have set, and to have a place to share your concerns, or ask personal questions.
*STEP FOUR: Always remember all blogs and pictures must be about health/wellness. Our goal is to minister to the well-being of each club member. So please be advised that postings will often times go through approval before it shows up on this site. If you keep this in mind, you should never have a problem sharing your information with others.
*STEP FIVE: Each week there will be a challenge or homework you are required to complete, in order to maintain your active club member status, we suggest you participate and interact as needed. We are Family here, therefore everyone's views, suggestions, or opinions are important and very much appreciated.
